「Was what we expected, clean and quiet. Good for a Thursday traveling with a teen and child. Staff was nice, the pool is small, goes from 3 to 4 feet, no hot tub, but was good for what we wanted, it was not crowded, 2 other people were there part of the time, otherwise we had it to ourselves. Breakfast was good, pancakes, good beverage selection, sausages and eggs/omelettes, cinnamon rolls, the hotel usual and more that day, everyone found something they liked.」

「Dirty pool, dirty stairs, room right next to the dining area and everybody was loud so no sleep.」

「The hotel is clean and housekeeping amazing. Spotless room and they deserve props! Upon check in I was handed a key and no further information on the property. It wasn’t bad service, it was basic like I was expected to already know where the elevator was or where I should park. If that makes sense. I’m just used to other hotels telling me basic info like that upon check in. There was a little piece of paper with your key that tells you the breakfast time and amenity hours. Not a big deal....

「Room was clean. Bedding pillows were not comfortable. There is a 15 minute pick up/ drop off space in front of hotel -convenient Parking in Green St ramp about a block away. Reasonable rates. ( mid July). Breakfast available.」

「Always clan , never missed. Large breakfast variety. Pool is convenient. Hot tub never works though so that’s a bummer」

「中庭で、サービスのクッキーとコーヒーをいただきながら、とてもゆったりとした時間を過ごすことができました。このシステムは良いですね。なんだか、親戚の家にいるみたいです。大きなチェーンも安心ですが、このような個性的なホテルがあるというだけで、Albanyが素敵に見えてきます。車を使わずに、歩いて行ける距離にある、目の前の公園を楽しめるのも、アメリカでは珍しいのではないでしょうか。」

「部屋は清潔、十分な広さ、収納の多さ。 キッチンは使用しなかったが大きな冷蔵庫、食器も揃っていた。朝食も美味しい。スタッフも丁寧にコミュニケーションしてくれた。」

「子連れで二日間滞在しました。 部屋はモダンで清潔感があり、申し分ありません。繁忙期だったのか、スタッフは忙しそうで対応に時間がかかってしまってました。例えば、大量の荷物を部屋に自分で持っていかなければいけませんでした。 特筆すべきは朝ごはん。周囲にまともに食べられる場所がない中、レベルの高い豪華な朝ごはんが食べられて非常に満足。レストランの女性の店員さんはとても愛想が良くて感激しました。 また大雨の中でも裏口から外に出ずにThe Eggに行けたのもポイント高かったです。 また行くことがあったら泊まります。」
