「Everything was great, truly. There was however, A LOT of loose hair, 5-6" long and dark ALL OVER the bathroom. At least 10 in the shower stall. A few on the walls of the bathroom and even some stuck to the cabinets as well as the floor. 」

「My family and I had such an amazing stay in this home. Very clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities one could want. The outdoor area has a fire pit, which was lovely to sit by in the evening as the coastal fog crept in. Highly recommended!」

「It was perfect for Brookings outings, the outside area makes it perfect for space for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and the hot tub was a perfect relaxation. The only suggestions I would say is bathroom has a smell of mildew and the fire pit doesn't seem to want to really work. But still can't wait to plan another trip here.」

「We had a fabulous time, the hot tub was the highlight and scenery around the property. Not very good cell service or wifi so come ready to spend time with loved ones and in nature. The property manager is great and quick to respond. Very spacious with lots of places for the family to sleep and have their own space to chill. Oh! And they have a ton of towels which is great for water play and hot tubbing. 」

「The location of this single wide mobile home was incredible; on the banks of the Winchuck River and a ten minute walk to the beach! We watched waterfowl, heard owls and saw a fox. However, the mobile home itself was worn out, and there was an overpowering smell of air freshener that no amount of fresh air could dissipate. We messaged the owner twice about animal noises coming from underneath the trailer. 」

「The host had everything perfect. Checking in was a breeze with Patrick giving all the needed information. The room was spotless and stocked with anything we needed, this couple has it all together. Will come back here when in the area 」

「Everything was fine until I found out I had a double charge, I was charged for two rooms. The desk clerk that I spoke to over the phone was so rude and brushed me off. I emailed Expedia and waiting for a response. Place was not clean beds felt sandy like they did not change the covers.. We did not sleep good at all loud neighbors passed midnight . Horrible experience 」

「We enjoyed our stay here with our granddaughter and 3 dogs. It was cute and comfortable and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed Jerry the rooster as he roamed the yard.」
