The breakfast was comped for us as the check-in was brutal. I complained to the front desk as it was 4:35 and the guests were lined up out the door. Never experienced this at any hotel in the world. The breakfast hot items were basically fast food. Frozen waffles.... really. Sticky tables, not worth money if paid for. Paid a lot of money for a short day stay. Will not be staying here again. Wish to have a partial refund.

A very good place to stay if you’re in town for a while. The room was spacious and well equipped. The Fridge Freezer was enormous (and old); could do with being replaced with a newer, more efficient model. There were some other minor issues with the room but they were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the staff. My only real complaint is one I have for all hotels: room smelled lived in and you can’t open a window to let fresh air in, even at lower levels. The air conditioning was ok but underpowered; all these inefficient AC units are contributing to climate change. Location excellent for Scotiabank Arena, Roger’s Centre etc.
