"I arrived at around at 11pm becaue of heavy traffic from Charlotte Airport, and checke out at 9am in tomorrow morning. So I had not experiene so much, but front desk was waiting for me and preparerd my check in so that it proceed smoothly. The room was clean and had enough space for one person."
