「Great property. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. We grilled the two nights we were there. The propane tank had enough in it. The instructions said if empty we should fill it up. There wasn’t a gauge on the tank, so it was a gamble and if we ran out the other tank in the closet was empty. It would have ruined our evening. I wish that was taken care of by the property and not put on the guests.」

「Everything was wonderful, just a few frustrations but nothing huge. Was planning on using tandem kayaks as advertised because we had small children but they were lost by the previous renters. Also planned on using the pull out couch bed but that was broken and unable to be used. Didn't use the grill because the grate was very rusty and starter button was broken. The steep hill and crossing a main route was a challenge and was hard to tell from the listing post but they were very responsive and...

「The room was really nice and the private bathroom was very big and beautiful. The host was great communicating the check in process and throughout the stay. The room is in the lower floor of the house and the host and family live upstairs. The stairs to get down to the room are just inside the front door of the house. It was a great stay. I was there one night. I would recommend this host/home for sure.」

Neighborhood is quiet, safe and convenient to everything in Southbury and beyond. If we ever come back to CT, we would absolutely stay here again. 5* accommodations. 「Pros: had a wonderful stay at this location. Close to everything-restaurants, shopping, 3 miles from exit 15 on I-84. Very comfortable and large space, really comfortable bed. As my stay was over 30 days, I wanted a full kitchen and I got that. Property management very responsive and helpful!Cons: air conditioners were still in the windows allowing frigid air in. Once they were finally removed it became immediately warmer. Partly my fault for not asking sooner. Also, not enough towels for...

「This is part of a charming farmhouse. It is modern, clean, well-appointed and comfortable with some special touches thrown in, like a pitcher of fresh cream and a bowl of eggs in the refrigerator, along with a loaf of freshly baked bread on the counter (and a half gallon of vanilla bean ice cream in the freezer that I didn't see until the last night!). The bed and sheets were extremely comfortable, great shower and there were enough books and games for any taste. It's well located near some...
