It's decorated for Christmas now! Resting in the forest off Carson Creek Road with easy access to Broken Bow Lake, sits Timberland, a cabin furnished inside and out with attention to your every comfort!

Four bedrooms, the two downstairs are a king and a queen, and both have private full bathrooms. The two upstairs bedrooms are lined with beautiful contrasting wood, one has a double bed and the other has two twin beds, and they share a cute half bathroom.

Plenty of seating in every room, and wonderful outdoor benches, chairs and tables. There's a covered and private hot tub, and a deck umbrella over the outdoor dining table.

Filled inside and out with comfortable furniture and decorated in a warm Western lodge style, this is an adorable woodsy place for a gathering of 8!

The kitchen has cooking pots and pans with utensils, and plates and bowls, silverware glasses and mugs.

Outside Charcoal only Grills, Large firepit with Bench Seating, Cornhole Game, Horseshoes Pit, Covered Hot Tub for 4-6, Covered Outdoor Dining.

While you're here, go boating or swimming, or take a walk, along Broken Bow lake. Hike the trails along the Lower Mountain Fork River, or in the hills in Beavers Bend State Park. Ride your side by sides or other OHV on the old logging roads in the Ouachita National Forest.
