Summary:

NEW WIFI JUST INSTALLED!!!

Durango is a small, one bedroom base of operations close to many of the area attractions. It is just off the highway in a tiny cabin and RV park community with easy access to the area attractions. It's next door to Fish Tail's winery, miniature golf, go-carts and more. Choctaw sleeps 4 in a queen bed and twin bunkbed. It offers Wi-Fi, and satellite. It's pet friendly (2 max, extra $20/night) and has a charcoal grill, firepit, picnic table, and coin laundry on-site.

The Neighborhood:
Tiny Town is a tiny cabin and RV community just off HWY 259 with easy on and off and immediate access to Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake and minutes from the site of the new casino.

Other Things to Note:
Additional pet fee is requested after booking.

Check-in and Check-out on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or Easter is subject to staff availability and will be assessed on a case by case basis. If cleaning staff is available for your check-in or check-out day, the cleaning fee will be double for those stays.

The owners were easy to contact and quick to reply! Very cozy and spacious cabin in convenient location right off of main highway that everything you need is on. The lake, and stores are all with 15min drive either direction. Definitely will be staying with this property again

Great for a quick stay

We stayed one night at the Durango tiny house. It was clean when we arrived. We were even able to add wood for our fire pit to our reservation which was convenient. Checking in was easy I just called and we were able to get our code. The only issue I had was I am a very light sleeper and being right off the road I heard every car that passed. My husband and kids heard nothing and slept soundly. We enjoyed the playground near the cabin as well. There are lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. This cabin was exactly what we needed for a one night stay.

Get away

Our door code did not work when we first arrived. It took 20 minutes and a second phone call before we got in. Once we got inside, the place is very nicely decorated. We loved that they had coffee and sugar available as we forgot ours. It is right off the highway but isn’t too noisy and very convenient to get to everything in town. We would stay here again.

Great little cabin for a quick getaway

Nice little cabin to have as your homebase while you explore Hochatown and Beavers Bend as its centrally located to everything. You can walk from the cabin to a nice Winery and Bistro, putt putt golf, go karts and an ice cream shop.

There is no upside to this experience

Location, 30 feet from the main drag. There was a partial wooden fence, but it had a section ten foot section missing. The property WAS pictured correctly in the advertisement, however, the property was NOT well maintained. Blinds were broken, smelled bad, stove burners not working, sheets may have been washed but did not smell like they had been washed. However, the main problem was not feeling safe. Being 30 feet from the main drag is bad with traffic continuing constantly, a motorcycle gang with at least 20 motorcycles came on the property and at least one of the cyclist had a weapon. Why would anyone allow 20 motorcycles drive through their property, I do not know. We arrived at 4:00 and vacated the property at 6:00. I would not recommend anyone staying on this property.
