Some of the kitchen items were in poor shape - the frying pans even with cooking spray had everything sticking terribly for example.2. The bathroom in the primary - mold in the tub, 3. The grill - which we had hoped to use - was SOOOO dirty - I mean bad - besides spider webs out of control, the grates, and such...

「Kitchen cabinets need to be tighten, shower sprayers need to adjusted or replaced. I suggest replacing. Replace the couch. That thing has seen way better days. It was hard to get comfortable on the mashed in cushions. Fix the broken door window into the garage.」
