"Check-in was quick and easy and the rooms, though somewhat dated, had been kept up well and were extremely clean. There is also an excellent restaurant on site that has one restaurant of the year award there in Elk county, Pennsylvania multiple times. All in all it is a very quaint establishment with lots of sports memorabilia from local teams and schools and is located right along Route 219 just south of the county seat, Ridgway. "Kindness"

"The good: hot water for the shower, spacious room, the maintenance person was prompt and polite. Room air conditioning worked well. The bad: incredibly short-staffed. 15 minutes after the check-in window opened, we arrived to find no one at the front desk and called the provided cell number for assistance only to find that the voicemail for that number had not been set up. We did get checked in eventually and when we got to our room, it was still being cleaned. No elevators in either...
