「The house is quite run down with peeling paint inside & out. The 1st floor reeks of dog which wafts up to the 2nd floor guest rooms as well. Our view was of a commercial rooftop & alley with dumpsters. The owners act as valets, jockeying the four guests’ cars in a one lane driveway which doesn’t fit four cars so the last one in line is parked across the sidewalk; our car was left unlocked overnight both nights of our stay. I can’t really speak to the second morning’s breakfast as the 1st was...

「An absolutely charming property with an artsy vibe, steps away from the Denver Art Museum complex and across the street from a converted school featuring a cafe, beer garden and small shops. The room was comfy, clean and fun. The absolute abundance of dishes for such a small space was comical, but the microwave/fridge set up was nice to have. Pretty good pod coffee too. Don't miss out on the bottom floor with an atmospheric small table area great for eating take out, and a large conference room...

「This B&B is 100+ year old mansion with beautiful woodwork and stained glass. It has character. Our room and bed were large and very comfortable. The neighborhood is not packed with restaurants to walk to, but it I really enjoyed walking around in the morning seeing many similar well maintained with great facades but generally smaller mansions from long ago. I would stay there again.」

「Enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Will say that the only negative was a lack of insulation from room to hallway. Could hear other guest when talking in the hall. But that only occurred for about an hour at 10 to 11.」

「This hotel is so cool. Such a different experience than you get with other places. We stayed in the love loft and it was wonderful. The parking was easy (and free!) and the surrounding neighborhood felt safe. My only complaints are that it was a little warm inside, the ice machine in the lounge never had ice, and the bathroom door was kind of hard to maneuver. Other than that, it was an absolutely perfect stay. I will definitely stay here in the future.」

「We will stay here every time we are in Denver moving forward and would recommend it 100%. All the amazing history without a sacrifice for comfort and privacy. The hotel is fully booked while we were there and we never heard anyone else at night. The two-person copper tub. Epic.」
