"We had a wonderful time at this beach house in Milton, Delaware. Great Location, easy walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed. It was clean and well stocked. Check in and Check out processes were simple to follow. The near by towns were lovely. Lewes - pronounced "Lewis" was a quaint "Hallmark" town with great restaurants, wonderful shops and beautiful scenery. We also went to Rehobeth Beach which was a bit bigger and had all the local stores we have at home. Our hosts Gina & Rodney left us a lovely gift for staying with them, which we were very grateful for."

"Off season stay-Mother/daughter weekend away! View was amazing, and quiet. House had everything that we needed for our long weekend stay. Great restaurants in near by area, and some great outlet shopping! We were in the area for a field hockey tournament, the athletic fields were a straight shot in Frederica where we spent our days! Great location, clean, very roomy with 4 adults and 4 teenage girls. Four full bathrooms for each family to take one. It worked out so well! And Lisa was AMAZING, always replied within minutes!!! Highly recommend!!!!"

"This cottage was absolutely lovely and incredibly charming! Having the secondary cottage on the same property was the perfect setup for travelling with family. The attention to detail was phenomenal; little signs that described how to use the showers, which cabinet doors were permanently fixed so you knew not to try to open them, recommendations on plugging in one appliance at a time so the breaker doesn't trip, etc. We had a fantastic experience and the location was amazing! Nannette (the host) was extremely responsive and helpful, even recommended things for us to do with our kiddos. Would definitley stay here again!"

"We loved the location. The house was very nice. Had everything you need. Theres some minor issues that could be addressed. We were kind of worried about the air conditioners, they were very dirty and made noises. They could be updated. The water in the sink in the upstairs didnt drain and the water in the tub would drain when you didn't want it to. There were rugs in the washer when we arrived, so i did rewashed them. Im sure it was just something the cleaning crew forgot about them. We did have a problem with gnats everywhere especially in the kitchen. It was terrible. But we got through the glitches and had a really good time there. Loved the view and so close to the water! Would consider staying there again!"
