Beautifully renovated throughout, this property boasts high ceilings, wooden floors, an original feature fireplace and plenty of natural light through the extensive windows. - Brixham is busy fishing village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.

- There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars

- There will be no house access possible until 4pm on the day of arrival, but guests who arrive early are invited to park their vehicle on the driveway from the 11am time that the departing guests have to vacate

- The owners regret that no form of 'Welcome Pack' can be provided as they do not live in Devon and as the cleaners are unable to do so

- Please note that the electrical circuit in the house was not designed to cope with the heavier load of charging electric vehicle batteries, which would be at risk of overloading it, which can cause overheating and fire. Electric vehicle charging is not permissible at the property. Public Rapid and Fast chargers are available within two miles of the property.
