Our accommodation is ideal for a family holiday or a business trip. Conveniently located, it allows you to enjoy the city to the fullest on foot.
As soon as you enter, you will be charmed by the modern decor and spacious rooms. The living room, with its large sofa, is the perfect place to relax after a long day. In addition, the accommodation is fully air-conditioned.
The accommodation consists of:
- A SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a comfortable sofa, ideal for your evenings in front of the television, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected. There is also a dining area that can seat 6 people around the table.
- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You will find: hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking.
- A PEACEFUL BEDROOM: A queen-size bed (160x200cm) with quality bedding and a dressing area.
- A CHILDREN'S BEDROOM: A single bed (90x200cm) with quality bedding and a dressing area.
- A SECOND PEACEFUL BEDROOM: A standard bed (140x200cm) with quality bedding and a dressing area.
- MODERN BATHROOM: Relax under a spacious walk-in shower. Towels and a hairdryer are provided. You can also travel light, as there is a washing machine in the accommodation. You will also have everything you need to dry and iron your clothes.
- TWO PRIVATE BALCONIES: Enjoy your morning coffee or evenings with friends on the balcony.
## Access
Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You will have the entire flat to yourself so you can feel at home. It is located on the 5th floor with a lift.
INDEPENDENT ARRIVAL: You can enter independently from 3 p.m. onwards using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet 2 hours before your arrival.
PARKING: The accommodation does not have a parking space, but you can park very easily on the avenue or in the adjacent streets.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT: You are ideally located to explore the city. There are bus stops at the bottom of the building. What's more, you are only a 15-minute walk from the city centre via the greenway.

AVAILABILITY: Although arrival is self-guided, we are available 7 days a week via messaging on the booking platform or by telephone until 11 p.m. in case of emergency.
LOCAL GUIDE: Before your arrival, you will receive your personalised digital booklet. It is full of our local recommendations: the best restaurants, the most charming cafés, the must-see attractions and Brive's well-kept secrets for living like a local. You will also receive offers from our partners.
SERVICES ON REQUEST: Please do not hesitate to contact us with any special requests (cot, high chair, taxi booking, etc.). We will do our best to accommodate you.

The accommodation is nestled in the Roseraie neighbourhood, a prime location that perfectly combines tranquillity and proximity to shops.
What you will love about the neighbourhood:
Bakery and supermarket at the bottom of the building.
The local market in the Guierle car park on Saturday mornings, where you can discover regional products, is a 15-minute walk away.
NEARBY MUST-SEES:
Saint Martin's Collegiate Church: 20 minutes on foot.
The Labenche Museum: 20 minutes on foot.
Parc de la Guierles: 15 minutes on foot.
FOR FOODIES: The neighbourhood is full of restaurants, bars and cafés. Don't miss La Halle Gaillarde to sample the local speciality over brunch from Tuesday to Sunday.

## Notes
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: The accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighbourhood is essential between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 p.m. / Check-out before 10 a.m. Flexibility is possible depending on availability, so please do not hesitate to ask us. For any check-out between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include thorough cleaning of the accommodation and the provision of bed linen and towels.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be debited from your account but will be pre-authorised.
