"A cute, perfectly located flat with tons of restaurants, shops, and the Riverwalk at your doorstep. Very charming historic building with everything you need. Easy keyless entry, comfortable beds and furniture. There is a nice kitchen that we didn't use because there are so many places around to eat and walk off those calories on the Riverwalk boardwalk. We look forward to coming back!"

"The staff in the office are consistently amazing. Having just moved to SC and looking for my place to move in, they have made my short stints with them really seamless and comfortable. ALL OF STAFF!!!"

"We reserved a 2 queen bed room with frig & microwave. Told on arrival there wasnt one. After protest, were moved to another room with them. Uh-huh. The microwave and frig were obviously years old with mold on frig seals, missing drink bars replaced with string, rusty, awful looking. The room we stayed in was @ back of hotel by woods; on multiple trips from car to room an unhoused man repeatedly panhandled us up close & personal. Half expected car to be damaged, but wasnt. 1 bed had a thin/summer blanket + cover, the other had no blanket. 2 very thin towels & cloths, no hand towels. No kleenex in rusty dispenser on front of bathroom sink. BA fan VERY loud, like prop plane, couldnt be used. 2 queen beds for poss 4 people- we were 2- but only 1 chair. No lamps or overhead lighting, just small built-ins bedside. Advertised as 2 stars, marginally 1. The front desk staff said has only been Motel 6 chain for ~ 1 yr, & there have been some efforts to fix up= new tub & fixtures, new BA countertop & mirror, bed & mattress reasonably new & comfortable. But w/ walls that have poor drywall patching & everything else, it's like putting lipstick on a pig: the pig is way too visible to want to bed down with."

"Check-in staff were kind but gave us a DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY room, exchanged it without fuss but unfortunately that room too was DISGUSTING! Got our money back and stayed else where."

"Beautiful B and B with gracious host. Breakfast was superb and the other guests were friendly. Will continue to return while visiting our son at Coastal Carolina Conway. "

"Loved the place. First time in Conway. A lot more to do than thought. The only downside to the property is that there isn’t an elevator. It was a little difficult getting my large suitcase to the room. The host was really quick to respond to my messages. We would rent again if ever in the area."

"The rooms are clean and have good AC. Unfortunately all the bedding and towels smelled like old smoke. The hotel is non smoking. The room doesn’t smell like smoke. But when you get in bed the pillows smelled like old cigarettes and when you dry off your towels smell like cigarettes. I don’t know if the house keeping are all smoking while doing laundry or what but not exactly the smell you want on your clean body. I also had a room next to the elevator and ended waking up early than I wanted to because I could hear people talking and the ding of the elevator each time someone got on."

"When we got to the room the door that went straight out to the street from the room was open. Anyone from the street could have walked in the room. We could not get it to close and stay close and we could not get it to lock. I called and emailed the property manager. Who did get back in touch with me after I had got someone off the street to help me. I had to go outside on the street and get a stranger to lift the door up, and I had to pull on it from the inside to get it to lock. I was not happy that our room was not secure before we got there"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very helpful in assisting us with a last minute change. The place had everything we needed and in a quiet and accessible neighborhood."
