The overall experience was positive, however, housekeeping could be more responsive! The one think that irked me was that the building has no elevators. You have to walk 2 flights of steps to get to your room if you are located on the 2nd floor. The beach access is within 2 minutes. The landscaping is nice and staff are friendly!

Just a 3 dressed up as a 9. The drink selection was decent, the main buffet was ok at best. The beach chairs and overall condition of the resort wasn't great. The chairs were dirty and cushions were ripped. The grout in the bathrooms were detatched from the walls. For the amount this place charges you should go to a real 5 star.

Clean room daily, amazing friendly and accommodating staff. My husband is plant-based and if the menu didn’t apply to him they were able to always make sure he had a full meal.
