「The best hotel in Merritt by far, I will stay here again. Excellent customer service, great amenities, the rooms are clean and spacious.」

「Our room was clean and up to date, with comfortable beds. The owners care tremendously about their property, and keep everything clean and fresh. One small concern is that south facing rooms - facing the main highway and a big uphill climb for trucks - can be a bit noisy at times. Our earplugs solved the problem, and also, a request for a north facing room - toward the town - should offer a quieter place. We'll be sure to stay there again when we pass through in the future.」

「We are 2 cyclists. We very much appreciated the common area, with its tea and coffee station, along with the filtered water dispenser. The sauna and hot tub were fantastic and the proximity to good restaurants/ pubs for dinner was ideal. Highly recommended for anyone passing through Creston!」

「Very nice hotel. We stayed for 2 nights in early June. Staff was very helpful. Lots of sitting areas for the guests to use. Wood fired sauna out side, E bikes free for quests. Breakfast was excellent. Too many other perks to mentions. Highly recommend it. Only negative is no elevator. So contact the hotel to make sure you get main floor if you need it」

「The check in was a bit annoying. We booked through Expedia, tried to add on an extra night. They told us to book through Expedia they would hold the extra night. We had to rebook everything. Then when we arrived we were told we would have to change rooms for our other 2 days. They were quick about changing our new room the next day. They told us when we went to get more coffee for our room the next day that they don’t clean the rooms, even if you stay for a few days. That stopped during Covid....
