Britannic House

This is a self service "hotel". It is actually a house that has been repurposed into a "hotel" and seems to be in a residential neighborhood. We booked it because our flight got cancelled at Heathrow and we needed a place to stay for 1 night and we needed it quickly. "Heathrow" is in the property's name so we made the assumption it was close to the airport and it was actually about a 15-20 minute cab/Uber ride. We didn't interact with Staff as all information was provided via WhatsApp - entry codes for the property and for the room itself. It is not like any hotel that I've stayed in before but I'm from the US and maybe we just don't have properties like this? It was extremely clean and the furnishings were in great shape - very modern vibe. While it wasn't what I expected, it served our purpose well.

Great overnight stay. Lots of stairs for hotel reception and the rooms across the road was the only downside. Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom clean. Good shower .Great location near Bond Street station

Good all round hotel, loved the room. The lifts were a bit hit and miss and the co-ordination between the front desk and the concierge was a little erratic, booking cars etc. otherwise a good hotel in a great spot.
