"Perfect size for us. My husband and adult son were there visiting family in the area. House was very well stocked and clean. Private dock is a good size. Fishing could have been better, wish we had had a boat. We saw fish jumping in deeper water. Lots of steps up to the house so you will get your exercise! Owner provided us with firewood for the fire pit (Thank you!!). House / beds very comfortable. I would stay again."

"Perfect set-up for us - proximity, layout, super comfortable beds, minimal steps, super quiet, and wildlife galore. Every morning the deer would come down out of the woods and nibble on grass, check out the pears/apples that had fallen , and run around in the morning sun. "This house is so nice! We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the river flow by. It was so peaceful and just what we needed. The house was very clean and well maintained. It was well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. We did lots of fishing and town is minutes away with lots of great food to try.We will definitely be staying again. "I very impressed but I will honest when we first pulled it looks very rustic but once inside it was very clean and the bed omg it was like sleeping on a cloud, we loved how we could freely walk the property and we really enjoyed the farm animals which are all very tamed even the chickens lol this place to rent especially if you have kids that go to Emory and Henry College we stayed graduation weekend my mind was at ease because we did not have to deal with any traffic"
