Staff were nice, the room was well-furnished for the price (included towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel). The room had a hairdryer, kettle, mugs, with milk/tea/sugar etc. It also had a TV, with a Netflix account already provided. The Google reviews seem to be outdated/don't match, as we were right next to the stairs and didn't hear any noises. It has wifi and the keycard made for easy and secure access. There's street parking around and an RCP carpark near it, plus a bus stop 20 second walk away. Bathroom was clean, bin provided, and shower temperature and pressure was very good. Sheets clean and the double bed was an actual double bed, not 2 singles pushed together. 3 pillows and a throw provided too. Also a fan and heater in the room which were very good additions.

Room was fine but we were missing a hand towel and there was a hair in the bed

Everything was clean, nice and cozy. Staff was lovely and attentive. Great location. Breakfast was tasty and great variaty.

Really impressed and the mini bar was a nice treat
