Stay overnight for early flight in brisbane. Great property. Love the smell!!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They say what they mean and they mean what they say. Excellent stay!

We stayed here our first stay in Brisbane and my husband was very upset I hadn't booked it on our return when we came back just to catch our flight back to the states. I booked next to the airport and won't make that mistake again.

This place is a gem. The room was modern. Spacious and very clean. Check-in was very easy and fast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We flew in from overseas and had to get Rapid Antigen Covid test kits but because we came in very late it would've been impossible to find a place to go buy these test kits late at night. We phoned reception at the hotel the day before and asked if they know where we would be able to buy these test kits at night. The lady at reception (Helen) offered...

very good location not too far from airport. Clean room, friendly staff.

Very nice and clean!

The location of the Pullman Brisbane Airport could not be more convenient or more easily accessed from the Brisbane Airport Terminals by either talking the walkway from the airport or taking one of the transport options located at the hotel. The Pullman also offers a convenient morning shuttle to the terminal offering a variety of different times for guests. The restaurant at the hotel offers cuisine that is outstanding - whether for entertaining guests or just for breakfast - in a very pleasant...

I didn't like the hoops you had to jump through (with our cell phone) in order to get in.

The Novotel is an excellent hotel. It is right across the street from nice restaurants and shopping center. The hotel itself has a restaurant with a decent menu but the prices are a little high as you can walk across the street and purchase almost the same meal for a little less. The room was excellent as it had 2 queen beds that were quite comfortable and the linens were good and soft. The bathroom was great with a very nice walk-in shower with the shampoo, condition and body wash there on...

Great location quiet easy access by uber

Convenient, clean. Go in through the check in door as no access through the car park.

Awesome place, people and location

10/10

Nice place. Functional but simple rooms which is all you need for an overnight stay really. During dinner time the dining room is quite busy and the staff I thought great job…. Compliments to them.

Great location and quiet.

Friendly welcome, real milk and a request for another blanket the next day. Very good, thank you 😊

This place was great for our visit to Brisbane. The parking was convenient and the apartment was clean and nice. We were able to cook everyday and wash our clothes without having to go out. The view from our apt was of the freeway. On the pictures it shows it from the rooftop which is a better view. Biggest let down was that the hot tub was never more than lukewarm and they sauna didn't seem to get very hot either. Tried to use the outdoor grill on the rooftop and there was no way to use...

Television did not work. No brushes in toilets.
