Stay in our one-of-a-kind New Yorker loft apartment in the heart of Brisbane.
Perfect for families or groups, this stylish converted space sleeps up to 5 and is designed for comfort, character, and connection. Gather around the island bench, cook and share meals, or relax in the open-plan living areas before stepping out to explore the CBD, Howard Smith Wharves and Fortitude Valley just a short stroll away.
The Space:
Step into a unique, architecturally designed loft in the iconic New Yorker building. This converted heritage warehouse apartment combines character, comfort, and modern style — the perfect base for families or groups of up to 5.
Sleeping arrangements
• Main bedroom with Queen bed, Smart TV, built-in wardrobe, and ensuite (shower over bath).
• Loft with 1 Queen + 1 King Single (note: low ceilings at 165cm).
Bathrooms
• Ensuite bathroom with shower-over-bath, toiletries, and hairdryer.
• Second bathroom with walk-in shower and internal laundry (washing machine provided).
Kitchen & Dining:
• Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher
• Nespresso machine with a starter pack of coffee capsules, sugar, tea, milk.
• Large island bench with seating up to 8, perfect for dining and gathering.
Living:
• Cozy lounge nook with leather sofa + Smart TV.
• Multiple couches across both levels for seperate break out spaces
• Central air conditioning + pedestal/ tower fans throughout both levels

Please note:
WINDOWS: Like many city apartments, this heritage loft doesn’t have external windows. Instead, the windows open into the building’s internal atrium. While there’s limited fresh air or breeze, the apartment stays cool and comfortable with central air conditioning and pedestal fans throughout the space.
PARKING: While there is no onsite or visitor parking at the building. This property is best suited to guests planning to use it as a central base without a car, as everything is within easy walking distance. For those who do drive, secure paid parking options are available nearby in the CBD.
