Good room, very kind reception

UQ出張のため3週間滞在。部屋は12番。とても親切な受付。網戸に穴が空いていたりはしたが大きな問題もなく快適。free wifiは一日100MBの制限があったが無料はありがたい。スーパーや街までの行き方の説明書きも詳しいものがあり、受付でも丁寧に教えてくれる。夜中に鳥がうるさく目が覚めてしまうことがあったが友人に聞いたらブリスベンはどこでもそんな感じらしい。次回も滞在しようと思えるmotelだった。

丁寧な接客と広い室内

受付の方の対応が丁寧で、室内も快適でした。繁華街から離れている点と、周囲に飲食店やショップが少ないことを除けば、比較的安価で宿泊できるためおすすめです。

幹線道路から近い

スタッフは気さくで、良い感じでした。 とても親切に対応してくれました。 また、近くにあるfood shopのスタッフもすごく親切で助かりました。

変な臭いが・・・

フロントには備品がたくさん置いてありました。部屋の中は、古いせいか変な臭いがしてちょっと気持ちが悪かったです。一泊だけだったので我慢しましたが、この値段であれはないです。

Nothing like what it looks in the picture. It's a dive. Place was filthy, Bathroom was filthy and plumbing leaks. Pool was filthy. Long way from Southbank. No reception. Room was unlocked with keys left in the room. Walked in and walked out...didn't stay here. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. For the same price you could stay somewhere nice that is actually in Southbank...not just cashing in on the name. It's a scam. Wotif shouldn't be selling this property. Extremely disappointed to have lost $155 on this dump. No wonder there is no reception. It's a scam!!

The owner/manager/staff were nice. That's it unfortunately. Originally lost our booking. The room was awful. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. Cupboard door unusable/hanging. Paint peeling. Shower filthy. Toilet didn't flush and needed a bucket to fill it. Water came out sideways from shower taps! Pool green, smelly and unswimmable. Sadly not what we had expected. We know it was a cheaper place and wasn't expecting 5 star, but that room should not be used for guests!

The property was good value however don’t expect a 5 star hotel for the price you pay. It is a little bit out of the way in terms of close access to shops however you do have free parking so you can just drive or grab an Uber/Taxi. The facilities are fairly old however again your not paying for that. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only real issue was the cramped car park however your not paying for parking so we didn’t have an issue. I would stay here again for a quick stay, it did the job. Anything longer I would probably pay a bit more and upgrade.

Likes * Close to public transport. * Helpful staff * All electrical items tested and tagged. Dislikes * Windows broken/missing, had to put a towel in to stop people looking in and the breeze. * Found a dirty towel shoved in a draw. * Smoke alarm wrapped in cling film. * Juice bottle and fruit left under bed. * Bed missing wheels/feet, bed lopsided. * AC filter was packed full of dust. * Light switch held together by sticky tape.

Staff member was great. Room smelt musty Toilet needs a new seal as it just ran all night. Shower had pink mould and was covered in hair so it had not been cleaned since previous use

Perfect no fuss stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the outside lights which stayed on all night and some external noise.

Good handy motel; as they used to be. Good staff who are willing to help where they can. Reasonably good location. All-up ... Good solid motel for short stays without hassles.
