To say we had some dramas (all of our own making, eg losing keys and hassling our host in the middle of the night) is an understatement. In response, they could not have done any more to assist. So, i will happily give a 10 out of 5 star rating for communication. As for the rest, accommodation exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly. Excellent location too for those needing to be in CBD!
