You won’t need the car…just your walking shoes... as just outside is New Farm Village (Coles + specialty shops), New Farm Park + Powerhouse, New Farm Ferry Terminal, various Bus Stops and 10 mins to the CBD.

This Art Deco 1-bedroom + sunroom apartment features high ceilings; french doors, picture rails + timber floorboards.

The apartment is at the upper rear of the building with 2 balconies & surrounded by tree tops + the sounds of birds :)

The bright, airy bedroom features a comfortable king size bed & french doors open onto the private rear deck...

Open the doors to catch the cooling afternoon breezes, even though it is fully air-conditioned + ceiling fans.

Relax on the deck with a glass of vino as the sunsets over the CBD skyline + the sunroom provides a perfect place for an intimate dinner for two, or alternatively the space can serve as a dedicated study.
