We stayed there twice, both times the Customer Service was magnificent, they kept our luggage, we were picked up and taken to the airport (for a fee) - he was on time for both of these scheduling's. Very clean, very courteous, helped us with any questions about the area. If I am ever in Seattle again, I would definitely stay, there. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

As soon as my boyfriend and I stepped foot on the property, we were immediately welcomed. Everyone is so kind there and answered any questions we had. The room was wonderful and we loved the bathtub. We will definitely stay at 1 Hotel again. High recommend!

Great place great service very clean a little expensive but I went during the worst time football and baseball back-to-back so that's why the price was probably crazy overall best experience in a hotel I had it a long time
