The hotel is located In the front of the Main Street, near all the restaurants and evening activities. Parking in garage is limited. You need to reserve the space ahead of time. We didn’t know about it. We came late and had to park on the street, and we had to find the available spot. So, we just parked near the entrance to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable.

Our stay at the Grande Albergo Internazionale was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast included was delicious. Brindisi is a hidden gem that is quiet, safe and beautiful, rich in history and site seeing.

Last night in Brindisi, so chose this hotel which was in an amazing location with a great view. The hotel is clean, chic and absolutely lovely. The only negative thing about my stay was the softness of the pillows, as a big boy my head was not supported well enough and woke with a stiff neck... but I'm happy. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was decent. Thank you.

I loved the convenience with waterfront view but alas this grande old place is a bit worn these days. Our room had leaking aircon that totally soaked the carpet. Their solution was to turn of aircon to our room and open windows which made it very noisy and didn't get any sleep which was a shame.

This hotel is a 3 star, not 4 star. Our room initially had no hot water, only luke warm. Hallway floor carpets are dirty and if you have a car you have some difficulty finding a place to park at night. Breakfast buffet was average, but staff was very friendly.

The check in and out was very good. Fantastic area. However, just water and soda in the minibar and we would have appreciated some snacks and wine. The room hade a smell of chlorine and it was something slippery in the shower that I guess was leftover from cleaning substance with chlorine. Not nice to step in! Old and unmodern interior.

To provide background, I stayed 1 night as I had a flight into Brindisi airport which landed at 19.30 and was heading north the next day, therefore I booked an inexpensive room for the night. I wasn't expecting luxury but the standard of hotel / room was low. The hotel has a prime position and the view from outside is wonderful. Inside, it's all faded glory and in need of modernisation. The room was very small, not comfortable and hot. Opening a window onto roof and next room's open window was unsatisfactory. Check in took a very long time, 1 receptionist and no apology for length of wait. Breakfast enjoyable but overall, cannot rate this any higher. I do not recommend.

Hotel has THE prime position on the harbour front. It is typical old style Italian, however parts are now looking a bit "tired" and whole building inside & out is in need of some TLC & refurbishment without losing its essential style & character. Place is very clean & staff are helpful. Breakfast has a vast array of cold buffet for continental b'fast lovers but hot food limited to scrambled egg + 1 other item. Additional charges for omelette & extra cups of coffee and other items is not accceptable in 2024! Building and its environs oozes history but badly in need of some updating. Was it good value for (euros)150+ / night? Probably doubtful. But Brindisi not exactly swamped with alternative hotel accommodation.....

Lovely hotel on the waters edge in Brindisi. We had a beautiful room which was quite large. The breakfast had plenty of variety.Check out the area around the hotel; very historic. We enjoyed visiting the city and highly recommend this establishment.
