The Space:
Located on the second floor of a charming Victorian building, Guildford Apartment is a newly decorated one-bedroom space that combines style and comfort for a delightful home-away-from-home experience.

The lounge area is warm and welcoming, with a bay window that fills the room with natural light. It features a sofa-bed suitable for an additional guest, and a fold-out dining table that can comfortably seat up to four for meals. A desk area provides a dedicated workspace if needed, and with free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, the apartment caters perfectly to both relaxation and productivity. An iron, ironing board, and hairdryer are also available.

The bright kitchen is equipped with a modern SMEG toaster and kettle, as well as a microwave and washer/dryer. It’s fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, cookware, and glassware to make cooking a breeze. Essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are also provided.

The bedroom is positioned at the back of the apartment, offering a tranquil, light-filled space with a large sash window. A cozy double bed is made up with fresh linens, and there’s ample storage, making it an inviting spot to unwind.

The apartment’s bathroom is modern and sleek, equipped with a toilet, sink, and a bath with an overhead shower. Guest toiletries and an ample supply of fresh towels are provided for your convenience.

Conveniently situated near Brighton train station, the apartment is in a quiet yet central location, with easy access to nearby shops, cafes, and the beach. Parking is available at the train station.

Guests have access to the entire apartment to themselves during their stay and access details will be provided prior to the arrival date.

Guests should be aware that there is a steep hill leading to the property.

The apartment is located in the heart of Brighton, on a steep embankment, minutes from Brighton Station. Within a short stroll you will find the very best independent shops, restaurants and cafes as well as Brighton's cultural highlights such as the Brighton Dome, Brighton Pavilion & Gardens and the Theatre Royal. Brighton Pier and the seafront are half a mile/ten minutes walk away and you can easily venture to other areas of the city like Kemptown, Hove or Seven Dials.
