With two spacious living areas - one on the ground floor and another tucked away in the basement - you’ll find plenty of room to stretch out and unwind. In the basement, discover a stylish bar area, which is a real perk to George Street Retreat.



The open-plan kitchen and dining area makes self-catering a breeze. Whether you're cooking up a feast or sharing stories over breakfast, this sociable space is the heart of the home. From the kitchen, you'll find access to a 'cooling garden'.



With three inviting bedrooms, the property sleeps up to six guests comfortably. The master and third bedrooms feature plush double beds, while the second bedroom offers full-length bunk beds - ideal for kids and teens alike.



One of George Street Retreat’s rare and special features is its private enclosed outdoor area - a true gem in Brighton & Hove. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink whilst watching the sun set over the domes of the Royal Pavilion, this quiet space, accessible from the first floor, is perfect for unwinding after a day by the sea.



A luxurious family bathroom awaits on the second floor, complete with a freestanding bathtub, a separate walk-in shower, WC, and basin.
