Lower floor (accessible from the outside): wellness area (with spa), bathroom/toilet, laundry room. Electric heating (included under normal conditions of use and environmental responsibility). Private enclosed garden of 500 m². Lockable bicycle shelter. Included in the price: electricity, water, linens; Baby equipment: travel cot, baby bath, infant insert, stroller.
