The hotel was very clean and well decorated. The breakfast was outstanding very good quality food and well presented. Mick and Julie are lovely people and very helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Burligton Quays

From the minute we walked through the door we were made to feel very welcome by Mick and Julie. The accommodation itself was incredibly clean and tidy throughout. The family room I stayed in was a comfortable size with a large en suite bathroom. I have to say the cooked breakfast was fabulous with other items to choose from as well. I would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone staying in the area or just to use as a base for Scarborough, York, Filey and Bempton Cliffs etc.

Excellent hotel.

Could not fault anything whatsoever about this hotel. Excellent breakfasts, clean rooms, hosts made our stay very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Best bathroom ever

We were given a very warm welcome. The room was excellent and had a large bathroom with a bath and shower. Nothing was too much trouble and breakfast was served freshly cooked and hot. There was a dog called Peppa which delighted my grand-daughter and she definitely wants to visit Peppa again.

May Day weekend with the granddaughter.!

Mick n Julie were perfect hosts. Spotlessly clean and welcoming. Breakfast really nice and offered us more of everything if we wanted it. Needless to say we will return.x

friendly and helpful, clean and comfortable. the biggest niggle was no demerara sugar for my coffee! and lack of pressure on the shower. so if that was all I could fault, it shows how good this place is.

Great B&B

A very good B&B. Hotels.com say it has a restaurant and parking. No evening meal and on road parking. But an excellent B&B. Poached eggs better than many hotels. Everything in the room so yes, very good.

Nice B&B close to Bridlington Spa

Good location and free on street parking nearby. Owners very friendly. Rooms clean and well kept. Good breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Warm welcome; great location

Mick and Julie were most welcoming and provided me good information about the best places for dinner. My room was comfortable, quiet and well-appointed and there was a good choice of food for breakfast both continental and cooked to order.

Lovely guest house close to beach.

Booked at short notice on the spur of the moment and had a great stay. Owners are very friendly, genuine and very family orientated. Couldn't ask for better Hosts.

Warm and welcoming B & B.

Very friendly and comfortable B and B. Owners are lovely. Breakfast was very tasty. The bedding had a wonderful clean smell that you don't get in chain hotels.

Nice guest house convenient for the Spa

For our 2 night stay for the Dance Festival this accommodation was fine though a little expensive. Breakfast was brilliant as was WiFi, parking was fine and our hosts extended hospitality to giving us a lift to the Spa in wet weather. Space is limited within the house.
