Enter into the spacious hallway and find the open plan living/dining room to the right. Deep filled sofas surround the large Smart TV and a traditional wood burner provides a warming and homely feel to the room; just perfect for keeping the chill away during the cooler winter months and ideal to snuggle up in front of to watch your favourite holiday movie. The dining table sits to one end and offers plenty of seating for four. This room is flooded with plenty of natural light from feature windows and a glass door leading out to the enclosed garden. A large, well-equipped, galley-style kitchen offers all the mod cons. A door also leads outside to additional seating where you can enjoy an early morning coffee or an evening glass of wine and a good book during the warmer summer months. For those that enjoy a game of golf a visit to Bridlington Links Golf Course is an absolute must. Enjoy the exquisite Georgian home of Sewerby Hall and Gardens, or meander through Danes Dyke to the beach. A short drive will bring you to the bustling harbour town of Bridlington, and a little further afield are Filey and Flamborough. Outdoor lovers will be awe-inspired by the rugged white cliffs of Flamborough village, a fantastic spot for birdwatching and hiking to absorb the untamed landscape.
