We immediately noticed the house was much cleaner than the previous visit. Chris attributed this to hiring a new cleanup crew. There is a public beach very close to the house and we spent a few mornings-afternoons there. The pool was in great shape and got plenty of use as well. We look forward to returning."

"We spent the weekend at this property for my sister‘s bachelorette party, we had 14 of us staying at the house and we were all able to sleep very comfortably. The property was clean and beautiful, an excellent place to spend the weekend! Amy was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions very quickly. The directions around the house on how to use the sound system and check in and check out process were easy to understand. We absolutely love this place and would be happy to stay here...

"We had such a great time!!! The house is so pleasant to hang out in. The main rooms are surrounded with windows. It almost feels like you’re in a treehouse. I would definitely stay here again even though it could use a little freshening up ."

We could walk everywhere and enjoy everything thing St Joe offers. We were a large family group with a lot of different ages, from an infant to retirees. Everyone enjoyed the house. "Over all very nice stay. Three negatives that didn't impact our stay too much....but need addressing..... 1. Shower head was old with buildup. 20 dollar fix...it needs replacing. And there was no water pressure. The sink, on the other hand, had great pressure. Weird. 2. In the bathroom...the wallpaper was coming off which looks bad. 3. Hair dryer outside plastic broken, showing inner metal. Probably not too safe. Again, they are about 20 bucks....replace it asap. Room 222. I'd absolutely stay again. "
