Before she assigned us a room, she asked our preferences, like which floor, close to the elevator, tub or shower? This was very appreciated!! She also explained the players club and showed us a map and was not hurried. She's definately a keeper!! Our room was very clean. Lots of pillows. Comfortable bed. Lots of lighting and storage.
