This was a cute little cabin and perfect for a couple nights away for a family vacation! Close enough to the beach but far enough away that we weren’t close to anyone!
We loved our little getaway after getting married this weekend! It was the perfect cozy & relaxing cabin for us. Plus the hosts are so gracious with amazingly good communication the whole stay. You will want to stay awhile longer we promise!!
This is such a cute little cabin with your basic essentials supplied. It is very secluded and peaceful, but just a short drive into town.
The owner is extremely propmt at responding, and does meet you on site with a key.
This place was awesome. Very clean. The privacy and location near the wedding venue was the best.
Linda was a great host and communication was a breeze.
Thanks so much for having us.

We stayed here while attending a Notre Dame football game, it’s about 30 min from South Bend. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this unique property. Great way to unplug and unwind.
Real nice quiet get away hardly no traffic on road all kinds of wildlife and birds deer and wild turkey the host make sure you have everything you need one of the best an great in communication
I am from Wisconsin and my dad and I were looking for a place to stay out of state for the weekend. This place was absolutely perfect. Tucked away in a soybean field with its own personal driveway it was a the perfect spot for a relaxing quiet weekend. We were met my the owners when we arrived and they couldn’t have been nicer. The cabin was quaint and cozy and fully stocked from silverware and cookware all the way to grilling supplies and firewood. Great town as well with tons of parks nearby and great places to eat. We loved our visit and will definitely be back again
The property is nice and secluded. If you are looking to just get away from the hustle and bustle, this would be perfect. But, don't expect a nice long hot shower since the hot water lasts about 8 minutes and the owner will try to charge you for pets that you did not bring but they assume that you did.

This cute little cabin was just what my husband and I were needing! We booked for my birthday weekend and the cabin exceeded our expectations. It was cozy, quiet, and peaceful. We got to see turkeys, deer and listen to all the wildlife at night while enjoying a nice fire. The hosts, Linda and Doug were so welcoming and answered any questions we had. We definitely would recommend visiting this cabin and plan on returning for another amazing weekend in the future.
This cabin is very nice with plenty of outdoor spaces and wildlife sightings in a farm/rural setting. Too bad there was extreme heat during our visit, a circumstance beyond the control of the attentive hosts. I believe they are planning to add another AC in the future, which will help. Definitely recommend when the weather is cooler.

Although not so far from civilization it really feels like you're off the grid. Lovely setting in farmland, surrounded by fields and local wildlife passing by (deer, turkey and lots of birds).
The amenities of the cottage are basic - you really depend on the outdoor grill for cooking and the shower has limited hot water - but that's part of the charm. Inside it's very pretty and nicely furnished, with a lovely cosy feel.
We had a very nice stay and Linda was really good to deal with, ready to greet us when we arrived and show us the place. Definitely recommended!
We absolutely loved our stay at this charming cabin! Such a peaceful get away. The hosts were welcoming and kind. They put out a bin full of toys for our kids to enjoy. The firepit was already setup and ready to go and there are thoughtful details throughout the cabin and property that make you feel at home. The property is very well maintained (spotless) and you can immediately see the hosts take pride in making ensuring a wonderful stay. What great family memories made! Would recommend to anyone - thank you!
What an adorably perfect cabin for a weekend away. My husband & I spent our first year anniversary in this perfect, cozy, and impeccably clean cabin. We utilized its amenities to the fullest: grilled for dinner, made s’mores by the fire, played bags, watched a movie, listened to music, and enjoyed every little bit of nature around us. In the mornings, it’s the most peaceful area to have coffee. It was about 15 minutes away from the wineries, so we hit those first, stopped at the grocery store to pick up the essentials, and spent the rest of the evening at the cabin. Doug & Linda were incredible hosts who also acknowledged our anniversary upon arrival. We were so grateful to find this place & will absolutely be back. Thanks for a perfect getaway ♥️
