「Very nice accommodations - super clean and updated interior. Host was very responsive! Would definitely recommend for a small guest party. Although, it advertises that it sleeps 6 people, 2 of the sleeping accommodations are sofas (not really futons). If 2 guests are willing to sleep on sofas, then you could sleep 6 guests.」

「Pretty view of the bay from the screened in porch. Good space for our family. Very clean. Mattress in master bedroom was uncomfortable, but that was the only bad part. Downe is remote with barely any grocery/restaurants. It is an authentic, small fishing village. Beach is very narrow. But it is quiet and peaceful. We drove about an hour to Ocean City, NJ so our kids had more to do.」

「Great location to NJMP! We like staying in Anderson’s home when coming to watch our son race at the NJ Motorsport Park. The back porch is nice to relax and play games (darts & pool). There is also an above ground pool to enjoy! The house is always neat and clean!」

「The home was clean with a welcoming atmosphere. Little helpful friendly notes were posted. The owner was responsive with questions. The basic condiments in the fridge, tea & coffee, water bottles, and bathroom toiletries were thoughtful provisions for short term stays. Having on site parking was a huge advantage.」

「I paid triple the price since it was a holiday weekend. I thought I would be annoyed by that. However, I have no complaints since David was the most accommodating host. The house had PLENTY of space. The kids had so much fun. We fit 3 families comfortably. We came for the Cowtown Rodeo which is about 25 minutes away. We thought we would only be sleeping here but it turned out to be so nice to hang out it in! Stayed up and played cards. Only thing to know is that all of the beds are twins....

「Property needs a good cleaning & updated. There were broken blinds, a broken faucet handle, also a broken storm door handle, not to mention broken gate on deck. The host was nice though & was able to answer any questions that I may have had. Overall it’s a nice place & served its purpose for what I needed it for.」

「House was well maintained and perfect for what we needed. We really loved the back patio and yard!!」

「Our time here was an attraction in itself. There were so many small details. I won't mention all of them as I don't want to spoil the surprise but one of our favorites was a telescope pointed towards an ocean piling where birds frequently perch. The house felt interactive and playful. There were snacks and beverage options (including tea, coffee, water, and even other surprises) available. Very clean. One consideration is the stairscase. I would advise caution for those with mobility issues (bad...
