Jamel was absolutely delightful. Offered to carry our luggage up to our room as the elevators were not in order. Told us he was making cookies for all the guests... with love. Great personality !

Expeditious check in, clean room, friendly staff

Pros: affordable for suite space -you get living room and counter for coffee/tea along with fridge and microwave oven, clean room, close proximity to most places when driving. Cons: noisy people upstairs late at night, most nights. When I mentioned to management, all she did was comment how long those guests have stayed. Worn-out and dusty furniture, especially in the open, public space where there were nice plants.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect for walking to downtown dining, shopping, and events like Thunder Basketball Games!
