2 staff members at front service is beyond we have 2 rooms 203 and 204. The staff way to busy for day like Thai new year festival how every they still service with care and smelling on their face. With big events like this management should have provided more staff or she definitely should get some bonus.

We had a thoroughly satisfying stay at Hotel Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf. The location is unbeatable—it’s just a quick walk to the Pier and very close to the cable car station.
The check-in process was a highlight: parking right at the entrance was easy, and the staff member, Jenny, was incredible. After learning that we had just gotten married, she kindly upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. Our room faced the courtyard and was exceptionally quiet. While the hotel itself is a bit older, the facilities are very complete and well-maintained.
The parking situation was also very convenient. We loved the 'seamless' touch of being able to return our room keys right at the parking exit after checking out. A truly smooth and wonderful experience!
