Clean, modern rooms. Good air conditioning in the hot weather.

Clean and tidy room the staff are always polite and friendly

There was no proper chair in the room. When I asked for one, I was told that there was already a chair available. However, what they were referring to was more of a cross between a chair and a sofa, and it was far too low to sit comfortably at the desk. I explained that I needed to use my laptop at the desk and asked if they could provide a suitable chair, but I was told that this was not possible. As an alternative, I asked if they could at least send me an extra pillow to sit on so I could raise myself to a suitable height. They said they would check with management and call me back, but unfortunately, nobody ever got back to me. I found this very disappointing, especially as I was only asking for something basic that would allow me to work comfortably in my room.

Compared to when it was previously owned by Ramada it has gone down hill. Room was a lot smaller than previous rooms
