Reasonable size room. Since it is an old property, there is a lot of noise not from the outside but from the inside. Stayed in the lower floor (basement) and could hear all creaking sound from upstairs and water from the drains. Earplugs are a must.

The hotel is clean, tidy and staff are polite.. on check in nothing was explained (usual Info re Breakfast times etc), our bag was left in storage, not taken to the room; not a show stopper but annoying as it was stated this would happen and meant an additional trip to reception. All in all a nice hotel, comfortable bed, but not outstanding

The bathroom sink was really low & uncomfortable - apparently it was an adapted room, but I only found out at checkout when I mentioned it. Would it be nice to have been made aware at check in ! Would have been very difficult to manage if I had stayed more than one night so beware when checking in what room you are going to be assigned

Inside of the Temple Church. Effigies of 9 of the Knights Templar are here. They do have actual church services here as well. Tours can only be done when there's not a service. There's a lot to learn about this church. The Da Vinci Code was filmed here.
