Brickendon Estate

Tha bed sheets were white and looked clean. The walls were freshly painted. The toilet cracked stained and the plastic seat and systern were fit only for a prison. Being very old missfitting and the plastic crazed the cystern leaked and had to be Turner off to allow sleeping the windows x2 only one was fitted and very poorly with flywire. I booked because it had a 4 star rating. We were so disappointed when we arrived. It was truly a low point in our stay in Tasmania. The problem 😕 was the rating of 4 stars totally misleading. We would have cancelled the booking if it was possible. As a matter of interest. We only slept there. We left at first light and returned very late. Preferring to walk and spend as much time away from this place as possible. The savings on accommodation in our view are not worth the dissapointment

Fantastic value for money. Stayed in a 2-bed apartment, was incredibly spacious. Having the laundry to do the kids clothes over a long stay was very handy. The staff were absolutely terrific with communications - quick to respond via Expedia messaging and facilitated all our requests. The one thing was I do wish they'd given us fresh towels everyday which they're supposed to. Admittedly, all I had to do was ask but I had troubled them with so many things that they'd been helpful with that I felt bad to whinge about this.
