En sois bien. Mais je pense que hôtel.com donne peu d’informations sur l’établissement. A l’arrivée sur place j’ai appris que je devais faire le ménage à la fin du séjour. L’appartement en sois et propre et bien équipé au niveau matériel. Mais pas de linge de douche. De tapis de douche. Pour la cuisse la même chose. Seul les draps de lit fournis. Pas de papier toilette ni de papier pour les mains en cuisine. En sois il faut venir avec ça maison directement comme ça c’est fais. Mise à disposition d’un aspirateur pour le nettoyage facturer 5€ je trouve un peu déplacer!!! Un Balai , ramassoir et panosse dans l’appartement. Tout ça pour dire que certaines info ne son pas dites avant la réservation et seulement sur place on se rend compte de la chose .

Better than expected, poor spa, good flat & locale

Having read some reviews I expected this to be more run down than it was. It was actually very good for the money. Linen was provided free of charge, as were cleaning items for the flat and enough plates, cutlery and kitchen items, which some reviews had said were either extra or not available, but I believe towels were extra (we bought our own). Staff were helpful, place was very well located next to the lift and a 5 minute walk to the supermarket. There is underground parking, but it’s height restricted; we had a 4x4 with a top box, so no good. But there was free parking outside in a car park 10 minutes walk away. The one downside was the spa; the jacuzzi was not very warm, the Turkish hamman very noisy and the sauna broken, which judging by previous reviews hasn’t been fixed for over a year! So don’t go for the spa, but everything else was pretty good. If you are on a budget holiday it’s great and Serre Chevalier is one of my new favourite places!

We were not aware that the facility is meant for longer stays and that we had to sort out everything including towels, linens, soaps, cleaning materials... The kitchen/dining were poorly equipped. Knowing these facts, I would have chosen another property even though the price was low.

Skidresa i Serre Chevalier

Fantastiskt läge, men hotellpersonalen är mindre gästvänlig och det tillkom en deposit på närmare 2500 kr vid ankomst, som man inte fått någon information om tidigare. Check-inprocessen var otroligt seg och receptionen är bara öppen under mycket begränsade timmar. För en person som gillar downhill är läget optimalt, men servicen kan förbättras.

Hotels.com showed info about extra payments after booking. Parking was little more expensive than what was informed. Hotels.com often tells only if there is free parking but not tell is it private or public parking. Apartment didn't have any soap, detergent for dishes or floor cleaning. Had to wash dishes with very hot water before use them because probably previous users didn't have detergent either

Appart'hotel sympa

Ce lieu est très sympa, on y est tranquille et on s'y sent chez soi. On y resterait volontiers pour de longs séjours. L'accueil est bon et le service est bon. Petit bémol sur la tarification des chambres, notamment la taxe de séjour qui n'est pas inclus dans le tarif annoncé lors de la réservation. Par ailleurs, dommage que les documents informatifs du client soit si froid. Pourquoi inclure des menaces de pénalités si le client ne fait pas (ou fait mal) le ménage en partant ?

Close to gondola with a spa

Just steps away from the Prorel gondola. Better than normal French apartment standard. Clean and new look in rooms. Tiled floors in rooms instead of worn out carpets. Easy exit to front yard and the gondola from the ski rooms. Affordable and secure parking available. A reasonably good spa with two saunas and jacuzzis but poorly equipped dressing rooms (nothing but clothes hooks). No towel included in the rental. Bring one and slippers/flip flops. Laundry room is a plus. Several ski shops around but otherwise the neighbourhood is somewaht uninspiring. Centre ville and better restaurants/services only 10 mins walk away unless you want to try your luck at the casino next door. Wifi for one device only.

Hotel war o.k.

Briancon ist eine tolle Stadt. Es gibt einiges zu entdecken. Wir hatten 2 Wochen Sonnenschein hatten und jede Menge zu erkunden. Briancon und die umliegenden Berge sind definitiv eine Reise wert.

Super accueil mais appartement ayant mal vieilli

Vraiment Très bon accueil et pas avare de renseignements. Résidence bien située, calme le temps de notre séjour. Dommage que l'état de l'appartement soit dégradé (porte de chambre cassée et impossible à fermer, plinthe de cuisine sous évier tombée, coffrage de la baignoire cassée, bref plein de petites choses comme cela ...) sans compter le canapé vraiment inconfortable et la propreté du SPA laissant à désirer (traces vertes d'algues .... et du coup traitement au chlore très important).

Points positifs : propre, en bon état, personnel accueillant Points négatifs : WIFI par intermittence, chambres côté ouest (côté poubelles) bruillantes le matin si fenêtres ouvertes (camion poubelles tous les matins vers 6h30- 7h avec une durée de l'opération de 1/4 h) La problématique WIFI FI est à intégrer pour la sélection de cette résidence. Ce probleme ne nous était pas spécifique. De nombreuses personnes se retrouvaient dans le hall d'accueil pour bénéficier du WI FI absent dans les chambres. Donc à éviter si vous ou les membres de votre famille ne peuvent se passer d'Internet.

Beautiful views of the mountains

Conveniently located close to Tram, bright and spacious apartment. Kitchen area lacked an oven, very annoying. Designed for Europeans, not for anyone who has to fly to get there. No towels, no linen (must be rented) no toilet paper, no cleaning supplies. Parking in basement very tight and very scary. Plenty of supermarkets nearby; Briancon is a great little city with Old Town and Fortifications.

Boa opção para Serre Chevallier

Excelente opção para ficar em Serre Chevallier. O aparthotel fica ao lado do teleférico, perto de restauarantes e supermercado. O quarto é apenas razoável, mas esses apartamentos nas estações da França são assim mesmo. Mas o artamento estava em bom estado e a a sauna e jacuzi são um plus. O atendimento da recepcão foi muito prestativo. De ruim mesmo só os travesseiros alem do colchão que não era grande coisa.

Hôtel proche de tout !

hôtel situé à proximité de tout (marché, docteurs, pharmacie, etc.) Personnel très attentif et accueillant. Garage dans l'hôtel. Balades fantastiques, proche de la vallée de la Clarée.
