For one or two people, this is a great getaway location. The Brewster location is great as you can get to most anywhere on the Cape easily. Traveling 6A is far more pleasant than 28. We could walk (or take a short drive) to breakfast and other really good food. The amenities of the little cottage are great: nice little kitchen, air conditioning when needed, WiFi, good TV (we used our Netflix account). The living area was plenty big for us. The bedroom was a bit small without a lot of storage (and there's no door to it), but it was hardly an issue.
We walked to the quiet private beach every day and/or evening (pretty sunsets). If you know the bay side and the Brewster Tidal Flats, you'll know what type of beach you're getting. We really found the beach very relaxing and enjoyed wading & swimming in the hours around high tide. Low tide means a lovely, long walk out. We do plan on returning soon, which pretty much defines how we feel about the place.
