"Wonderful staff, beautiful hotel, fantastic location. Five minutes walk from train station. The only problem was that the air conditioner was difficult to maintain at a comfortable temperature for sleeping so we were hot at night. The staff tried to help and gave us a fan which did help some. The problem was that the temperature had to be controlled at the front desk with a computer. The night manager came to our room and tried multiple times to fix it on the computer but it didn’t work. We are used to a cool sleeping temperature at home do the nights were a bit difficult. However, everything else about the hotel is excellent so we would stay here again. "

"The hotel is excellent the property , rooms and the staff are also excellent but you need a code to enter and open the garage and I received the code 2 days after my reservation. I suggest that should be explained by th Expedia company before you decided to book the room. Despite that situation everything is excellent !"

"The hosts and their sons have created a stellar property. Meals are mostly excellent, facilities are modern, clean and chique. Views over Brixen/Bressanone are lovely. A good rest stop to put up your feet and just relax after many days hiking in the area. "

"Nice property, great location . Walking distance from alpi do suci and Seceda , food was great . Rooms are roomy and clean . You may need to ask for extra sheets we only got two small blankets, however everything else it’s amazing . The spa , the views . Very nice hotel . "

"We didnt choose a great time of year to come as the snow was running out but this hotel has to be the best in town. Rooms are great where the neighboring doors dont slam. Great spa, restaurant, and shuttles to the lift. The best part had to be the staff. Each of them were truly amazing. "
