Property condition and room excellent. Feels new and fresh! Car a necessity. Service team mediocre, many not speaking English at all. Staff frequently indifferent and somewhat impolite to guests including me, by both US and European standards. Perhaps no such interaction training. (I stayed 5 nights.)

Beautiful spaces, the rooms are spacious and very clean with a touch of history (in a classy way). Breakfast is great. Personnel is very courteous and attentive. Fully recommended.

Palazzo Della Rosa Prati is a charming, centuries old building located in the heart of the historic center of Parma. We had a two bedroom deluxe suite which was actually an apartment with a full kitchen and washing machine. The building is old, but the interior is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing. They helped us with dinner reservations and even arranged a cooking class for us. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is integrated into a new complex built around the rail station. The station itself was renovated less than 10 years ago and the hotel appears even newer than that. The location is extremely convenient for those who travel by train--just a few steps from the train station, and about 10 minutes walk to the city center. Contemporary, well appointed room with a large bathroom, including the typical shower/bath combo. Reception was welcoming, professional and helpful and everything was...

Secure safe parking and very welcoming staff. The jacuzzi in our room worked perfectly. Less than a mile walk into the heart of Parma. Train station two easy streets away. Will definitely return.

Right next to the train station and reasonably priced with breakfast

There is no 'front desk', and no staff save for a couple of cleaning folks you may or may not see. You enter the main front door using a code on a keypad, and you don't have a room key - you get a numeric combination for the combo lock on your door. So you have to be sure to read the messages the hotel sends you on Expedia to get the...

Our stay was short and sweet as we had to travel. Roberto was very welcoming and informative. Would love to go back.

- clean room - very comfortable parking - personnel very professional and friendly - good variety at breakfast - only suggestion would be to be allowed to slightly open the window to change air. I am sure you have a good air conditioning system but still it’s something that could be considered

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mercure Parma Stendhal. From check-in through check-out, hotel personnel were courteous, efficient and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated within easy walking distance of the city center and major attractions. The hotel common areas have a tasteful, warm contemporary ambience. Our room was charming and comfortable -- offering stylish new furnishings, bathroom facilities, AC, Wi-Fi and other in-room conveniences. Located next to the lobby is a...
