"Everything was amazing there! Only issue we had was the shower handle was loose and kept spinning. We were unable to control the temperature, but didn't have time to get it repaired as we were heading out for work meetings "

"There was no one at the front desk to check in. When she finally showed up she was clearly so bothered to be there. The “market” food selection is sad. The bar is just some beers on a counter sold by the same front door person who hates her job. The lights flickered in the room. The fire alarm went off at 5:00 am. The elevator broke. I was in the 5th floor. When I checked out the person at the front desk never took his eyes off his cell phone. I don’t know if he even saw me leave. I had to clap. Terrible. "

"Overall nice hotel, clean, staff was courteous and friendly. The guest next to us had the TV on very loudly all night causing no sleep for myself and my daughter. The ice machine was broken, the hot tub was out of service and when we checked in there was work being done with a jackhammer inside the hotel, making it difficult to speak to the front desk for checkin. All of these things individually are not a big deal but experiencing them all in the same visit made the stay not as pleasant as expected from a Sheraton Hotel."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, however the elevator was not working which was a bit of inconvenience but stay was overall okay for one night "

"Room was clean but a bit dated, all the elevators were working. Busy hotel, lots of conventions and loud people walking through the halls at night or in the early morning."
