I am a licensed exterminator and have checked many hotels, and I was very surprised with just how clean my room was during my stay. I inspect every room before I even put my bags down, and I found no crumbs under the bed, no dust on the bed frame, no stains and no smells or dead insects in the windowsills. The TV was large, the bed was comfortable and clean, the shower was hot and spacious, and everyone we spoke to was helpful and friendly. The parking was secure if not a little steep for lower cars, and the vicinity to the arenas and Dicks Burgers was great. I would highly recommend staying here and already have done so to my friends, and I can’t give enough credit to the incredible cleaning staff. Thank you for the great stay, we will be returning!

Location is central to all places! 4 minute walk from light rail and monorail to Space Needle. Easy 15 minute walk to Pike Place Market and wharf. Great lobby with coffee and tea in the mornings. Restaurant , Oliver’s on site is excellent as well. 15% discount for hotel guests!

Overall, the Andra is a nice hotel. However, the bathroom is not only small but the sink has a shelf about 1 inch above the faucet. It's hard to turn on/off and does not allow you to wash your face. The sink design also is not a bowl but slopes like a beach and is very shallow. Thus water leaks on the floor. The toilet is very close to the shower glass whereby you can barely sit on it. There are also signs telling you they will charge you if you take anything. This along with the $100/night additional holding deposit leads me to think they have a theft problem. The room house keeping is not consistent as coffee is replenished "sometimes" and towels are forgotten. Our room specifically had an attached room with a door - which was very noisy. While overall nice, i would not categorize this hotel as excellent or upscale.
