「Great place to stay. It's a little noisy but for a few day trip it's not bad at all. The surrounding area is very walkable. There's a great coffee shop just outside of the building too! My partner and I drove here in their car and didn't have to use it once besides leaving at the end of our trip. The room is very clean as well. It has everything you'll need for a short stay.」

「Four adults stayed in this apartment. The check in process was simple enough. The parking was big enough for our Subaru Forester and VERY appreciated. The apartment was cute, nicely furnished, and super close to the convention center, paramount theater, and plenty of restaurants. It felt very safe and secure. Definitely take a look at the city on the roof at night! 」

「Our family had a wonderful stay. The condo is well appointed, clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. We were able to walk to many attractions. Paint and carpet could be updated, but did not affect our stay. We would definitely rent again!」

Walking distance for almost everything but if you prefer the free shuttle stops directly in front. The unit was ready for check in at the appointed time and the kitchen was well stocked to meet our needs. The unit was spacious and the balcony a wonderful accent.」

「Lauren’s place was the perfect home base for our two-week Seattle adventure. Clean, quiet, and ideally located within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and transit. Felt like home away from home - we’ll definitely be back!」

My only criticism might be to update the living room picture on the ad as the white couch is not in the condo. I say that only because I almost passed up renting the condo due to the white couch.
