"The apartment itself was great, well-designed, well-equipped, and very clean. Everything else was a nightmare. Online check-in didn't work. When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website. Bei der Preisklasse wäre außerdem eine Grundausstattung wie Salz, Pfeffer und Öl super. Wie gesagt war die Wohnung aber sonst wirklich Spitzenklasse (Sauna, Badewanne mit Whirlpool Funktion, Kamin ohne Feuerholz und auf Knopfdruck abschaltbar). Top."
