The holiday home (a separate house extension) for up to 3 people is quietly located directly next to the beautiful Juliusruh spa gardens on the approx. 500 m² fenced residential and recreational property. The Baltic Sea beach is approx. 700 metres away. There are two further accommodations in the building complex.



The approx. 40 m² holiday home has a combined living room/bedroom (double bed (1.40 m wide), comfortable chairs with stools, wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, radio), entrance area with upholstered couch as an extra bed, kitchen (extended mini-kitchen with 2 hotplates, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, central heating, insect screen. Outside there is a separate seating area, charcoal barbecue and car parking space.



The total price includes water and energy consumption, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are allowed in this property.



Breege with its district Juliusruh is a well-known Baltic seaside resort on the peninsula Wittow / island of Rügen. Boat trips to Hiddensee and fishing trips can be undertaken from Breege harbour. In the village: restaurants, shopping facilities, jetty, boat and bicycle hire, indoor swimming pool, fine sandy beach.
