I have booked one night stay with breakfast included. During check in process, I agreed with reception that breakfast should be ready at 07.30. Next day in the morning the reception and restaurant were closed and I could not find anyone who could explain me this situation. I finally left the hotel without breakfast I paid for.

En meget fredfyldt overnatning desværre havde vi ikke fået checket online at restauranten var lukket den dag så vi måtte ud og køre for at spise aftensmad.
